FRAME
Each door is constructed of heavy gauge steel with
mitered top corners to eliminate water collection and
the need for unsightly plastic caps. Quality craftsmen
build each custom door to size while robotic welder
builds the highest quality standard size doors made.

PAINT
In the five stage wash system every door is degreased
and coated with phosphate and then a second bonding coat
for exceptional powder coat adhesion. Powder coating is
the state-of-the-art, electro statically applied,
polyester color powder that is fused to the steel at
450º. Tested to be three times as durable as wet sprayed
finish. See line of 16 colors

GLASS
All doors come with shatter resistant tempered safety
glass with a weather-stripped aluminum frame to keep the
wind and moisture out.
SCREEN
All doors include a fiberglass screen to let air in,
and keep bugs out.
All the Glass frames and screen frames are powder
coated to match the color of your door.

HINGES
There are three 7" forged ornamental hinges with
brass bushings for quiet swing and non-sag installation.
Hinges are secured to the door and jamb with
non-reversible screws

LOCK
No door would be complete without a heavy duty deadbolt
lock. (please ask your representative for details about
lock packages.

This option includes double cylinder dead bolt
and keyed knob set. Also available in antique

CLOSER
We provide a heavy duty, pneumatic door closer with
shock absorber storm chain for a soft gentle close.

Doors seal tightly on our extra heavy metal frame.
Plush pile weather-stripping and two vinyl bottom sweeps
prevent heating and cooling loss.

HINGE PINS
Our two hardened steel stationary dead vault pins
provide 4- way locking security.
